Cell-Cast™ Interlocking Hole Forming Disks are designed to produce large diameter holes in poured concrete structures.

Cell-Cast™ Interlocking Hole Forming Disks are easily installed by one construction worker due to their light weight. For example, one 3” (7.62 cm) thick by 50″ (127 cm) diameter Cell-Cast™ disk weighs just 22.0 lbs. (9.98 kg). So now you can install large hole forming disks without the use of cranes, hoists or other devices needed to assist in lifting heavier, more bulky components.

  • Produced in 3″ (76.2 mm) and 4″ (101.6 mm) thicknesses and can be assembled to fit any wall except 5″ thick. For Example:
  • Combine two 3″ (76.2 mm) cells and one 4″  (101.6 mm) cell for 10″ (254 cm) walls.
  • Combine two 4″ (101.6 mm)  cells and one 3″ (76.2 mm) cell for 11″ (279.4 mm) walls.
  • Combine three 4″  (101.6 mm) cells for 12″ (304.8 mm) walls.


  • Cell-Cast™ Disks – for openings from 29.25” (74.3 cm)  to 64.74” (164.44 cm) diameter
  • The contractor shall install Cell-Cast® disk products, providing a round hole in conformance with LINK-SEAL® modular seal sizing data.
  • Cell-Cast™ disks shall consist of 3” (76.2 mm) and/or 4” (101.6 mm)  lightweight interlocking polyethylene cells stacked to form the thickness of the poured concrete wall.
  • Molded into each cell shall be a cavity to accept a 2” x 4” nailer.
